Easily Excitable

So I am done with my first quarter of school. How nifty! I know I have a 4.0 in both Volleyball and Yoga. I found out that I ended with a 3.9 in English. I'm anxious for my unofficial transcript to be posted so I can find out my psychology score.

Sunday I went snowboarding with Richard. Oh my it was so awesome. I am getting way better at the lift - or he's my lucky charm. I also am getting better at boarding. I fall much less than I used to and I'm learning how to control my speed and turns.

After we got back in the city, we went to his house and I met his parents. They are nice people from what I can tell.

I'll be sad when he goes to OCS in Virginia somewhere in May. But I told him I would write. [=

Monday I had work and packing and laundry. Woo.

I'm really up at 3 in the morning. I guess that's not the shocking part. The surprising thing is I WOKE UP at 3.

4 hours and 15 minutes - I'll be off to paradise!

So this was probably the best St. Patrick's Day I've ever had. XD
Gran Torino was a good movie, but it kind of had that Lifetime effect where you almost want to cry for multiple reasons.

The weekend was fun.

Fishing up in Orting.
Boeing tour in Mukiteo.
Chucke E Cheese's.
The BBQ restaurant.

With four adults, and three little boys. It was chaotic, to put it mildly.

But for me recent news, I turned in my final paper for English today. That leaves my psychology test on Friday which marks the end of the quarter! I can't believe it's gone by so fast.

Oh yeah. It will be an awesome spring break. :)

Totally crushing on this one person. I'm not sure why. They're in the Marine's and unfortunately, they aren't going to GR after this week. I tried to convince them to take swing with me as a CE class, but they'll be in Virginia for six weeks at the end of May. How sad.

I watched The Boy In The Striped Pajamas last night. I've read about, heard about, and researched the Holocaust, but this movie made me sad. More so because of the ending. I know everything doesn't always have a happy ending, and I'm old enough t accept that. It doesn't mean I have to like it.

I'm sad that Shmoo(sp?) and Bruno got put into the crematorium. Seeing things happen like that to little kids, for me, is really hard to accept. I know it's a reality how kids get treated; and how they were treated then, but they were just looking for Shmoo's papa.

Study, study, sudy.

I got a 68 on my test today. My other tests for psychology were highly scored but this one...

That means study day, everyday, now for at least 3 hours. At least. No phone, no music, no computer...

It won't be easy, but finals are on the 16th so I have to be ready. Especially since my sister and three nephew are coming up on Thursday night and staying until Monday morning. Oh my!
